Police Caprice PPV - Won't Start P023F P069E

Customer states 2017 Caprice PPV will not start.
Towed in cranks, will not start. ECM codes P023F P069E. Easy diagnostic leads to fuel pump replacement, unexpectedly found a damaged wiring harness also due to backed out terminal in the connector.

Was it the pump or the harness?

Loose terminal in the harness was the root cause… Caused the pump terminal to be burned and thus requiring pump replacement. Thanks.
