Police chase attempted murder suspect fleeing on a bike

This is almost like watching the keystone cops. They were screwing around with him when they had him isolated on the freeway they even said let him tire himself out so what did finally occur? He got off the freeway down amongst the public on the surface streets. Putting everyone in proximity in danger. He almost eluded them. They, the cops, we're too damn lazy and risk-averse to box him in on the freeway get out of their cars and take him down. This was a disgraceful and potentially dangerous situation.
