Don't worry ...all charges will be dropped against the car jacker and the DA will suggest to the car jacker that he get a lawyer and sue the cops....you may think it is far fetched, but many of the charges against these criminals are dropped by the DAs and now you know why they attempt to get away....no real consequences....L.A. is the car jacking capital because of their leniency on car jackers....many just get probation...

Perfect timing for GTA Vl but this was more like GTA V because he drives through LA and Hollywood and they said that he drives through Franklin RD one of the main characters from GTA V is named Franklin. I was watching this on my lap top and then decided to open up a new page and played wanted level music from GTA V and when that was playing and they said the driver is wanted for Grand Theft Auto it was perfect timing. I don't need to be there to see what happened. It's obvious, based on the video. Yes, the man carjacked a pickup truck. After coming to a complete halt, and exiting the vehicle, he raises his to the air and complies with the officers demands. However, if there is a language barrier, I can understand why he would turn around for clarified instructions. He still had his hands up in compliance. To insinuate that he wasn't complying is just stupid. He did, but they released the dog on him. Regardless of whether he carjacked someone, now becomes a muted point, based solely on the fact that police released the K-9 despite his compliance. I have no doubt that he won't be charged and that he'll win a lawsuit in court.

We talked about this yesterday even and they reminded me of the people they could feel sitting on the bed. It’s interesting to note that at that exact spot, give or take a couple hundred feet, four CHP officers were killed in the late 60’s or early 70’s (the Newhall Incident). But if n when I ever go back, I want to stay in that room and record what goes on.
