@@darktriforce there is law that forbid being drunk in public, and alot of cities or Groupe of cities forbid to drink in public places like parks, streets, etc. For example where is live it is forbidden to drink in the streets plus the law that forbid you to be drunk in public places, then both are forbidden by laws.
