He said he understood when she said that. It is understandable she is nervous and rightfully so but you also have to understand they hear so many stories . When the cops talk to you they are trying to assess a situation . Worse scenario she could be a kidnap victim. But Ally did the right thing and she got supervisors involved .Nerves are on high , she is not used to the way this state does the stop so that peaked her suspicions. The cop could think they were drinking when they slowed up and then sped up when she was trying to see if she was being followed . Everything has to be looked at. Ally is she’ll shocked from the abuse she has endured and you can hear it in her voice.

I think Shelley was triggered and reacting because of all the trauma she and Ally have been through. The smallest situation becomes as traumatic as jumping off the top of the Empire State Building with no safety net when a person has a panic attack It is a shame that cops don't understand the stress that victims of abuse deal with 24/7. The nightmares and flashbacks are real as those who have been in a battlefield know. We humans were not created to be abused and to see violence and murder. Correct Mike....Holly is "grandma"(a very close family friend). When Ally and Shelly first fled, grandma decided she wanted to come with them. She was with them for maybe a year.? I believe it was not too long after this that Holly went back home. Ally and Shelly never really explained why Holly went back home. Edited to add some more backstory: as you probably know, Ally's a dance teacher and Holly("grandma") helps make the dance costumes. In a previous FB Live, Holly mentioned having E6000(craft glue) in her purse. These clowns thought she said 86,000 as in DOLLARS. That's what this nonsense ended up being about. I don't know if they planned to confiscate it or try to say it was illegal.

NEVER, EVER CONSENT TO A SEARCH! No matter if you have something on you or not. Be prepared they will call a dog and IT WILL HIT on your vehicle. In other words they will search but if they should find something a lawyer will have a better chance of getting your case dismissed if you refuse. You ARE allowed to REFUSE. THAT IS YOUR RIGHT! Also they (legally) canNOT keep you on the side of road, waiting for a dog, longer then a normal traffic search 20-30mins at most. This can also be fought in court. Keep calm, be polite (no profanity,name calling ect) and firm in your refusal. You can argue or your lawyer will argue, in the court of law. Keep in mind this is most likely being recorded now a days. Also I am telling you Pennsylvania laws, so your state laws may differ..

The problem w/running a K9 is that I could roll a joint, NOT smoke it, get in your car. By touching the door handle to get in the car, I could & likely would leave behind the smell of weed.
