Great video and 100% agree with your final thoughts the police were an absolute disgrace, causing a problem and then dealing with it by attacking normal people. The whole thing was disgraceful. I'm glad I filmed it all and got you and Alex joining in the fun Conga line before the police got angry. We can only think they were incensed by the 2 balloons thrown at them!

Coventry fan here. Blackpool fans are a bit special….when we were ground sharing we beat them 3-2 from 2 nil down. There was about 15 pricks after the game giving it the big one, trying to get into the roost. Enjoyed shushing them as we walked past 🤣🤡

I agree with that but you didn’t create much and I thought your goal was offside. But as a blackpool fan it shows our main issue, we are pretty solid can play it nice from the back through midfield but when it comes to the final ball or finish we struggle. Can’t complain though we came up last year and the lads are giving their best.

Well the story is a load of rubbish, there was birmingham city fans walking passed and the blackppols fans were giving it the big one whilst standing behind the police line, a few tried to push past and got delt with. Other blackpool fans were walking out, it was the young kids who were getting the coaches giving it mouth behind the police. I walked to the station with some blackpool fans so they were not locked in

@@fusionjosh if your inciting violence and trying to push past the police and not listening to there commands you will get hit. I saw from the front walking past and you could see it coming, the young kids pushed there luck too much, I could see everything clearly. What happened there was nothing, if them young lads got past the police in to blues fans it would of been not so good for them. The police done them a favour. The silly thing was blackpool fans were walking out to get back to there cars and back to the station, these lot were clearly getting the coach and for some reason trying to get to the blues fans, too much pop or Colombian marching power.

Hmm interesting! I totally understand you, seems like we are both thinking of you separate things but equally could be correct. From what I could hear and see, fans were very frustrated that they couldn't get past to go home/make trains/cars etc. always a few individuals being silly but then again, I'm not sure police were right to strike them. When I was there, no Birmingham fans were behind at all, all cleared and police still attacked them... we may have been at the front at different occasions because that's what I sensed/saw & heard. Neither is wrong, just silly at the end of the day!

@@fusionjosh blackpool fans were coming out to start as I walked back to the station with some, but when the kids were being silly they did stop some fans coming out as there was a large amount if birmingham fans walking past. If you incite violence and ignore commands and try and push through you will get a wack. I don't know if it was west Midlands Police or your own, but they can all get a bit heavy-handed with football fans.
