Oh My Goodness! I think that Mr Jackson is exceedingly inexperienced!! This is a murder trial and he’s worried about vehicles and how many times Jennifer McCabe looked out her door to see how close the vehicles are and how many times she sent a text….I have yet to hear about a man being hit and dying in the snow. To go over and over about the text and what she saw and how many times Jen went to the door to see the vehicle and where is was with regard to Jen’s car. How pitiful to take that much time on how often a person gets up to look out the door! Such a waste of time instead of getting to the meat of the situation when the ladies found John in the snow. I keep saying it but Mr Jackson was on Show and wanted a WIN. Despicable!

Judge is not being fair to defense and isn’t allowing the defense to defend his Client!!! Lastly she is telling him how long he can question someone ? Seriously this lady’s life is on the line here , ridiculous. I call a mistrial

Bev is so protective of lally.makes you so mad.then to basically complain about how long the trial is going..but directs it at yanetti.lally drones on for hours without ever making a point.why is she so worried about a police report filed and put on record?😡she wont let defense fight for their client or say anything negative about the alberts..not even the facts.she is a big part of Canton problem

It makes me sick to watch this judge suck up to the jurors and then proceed to show obvious disdain for the defense. I hope they can see through her B.S. and clear bias for the prosecution.

Leaving the scene of a MVA and the charges get dismissed???? On what planet does this happen??? And he can continue to where a badge???? Anyone else would have their life ruined????!!!!😡
