Why would somebody buy a stolen car? If Nigeria were more organized, it wouldn't have been that easy to sell such car. In the developed world, you report a car as stolen to the police. That info is sent to every police precinct across the country. That makes it easy to catch the thief wherever the car turns up. If someone buys the car from you without ownership papers, they would not be able to transfer ownership. Nigeria can be better. Prevention is better than policing. Kudos to Frank Mba for good police work of catching criminals. The courts need to throw her in jail for some years. Then make her pay the victim back. Prisons need to have a large farm, where prisoners work from 7am to 7pm. That would make criminals think twice before committing crimes.
