One of the major problem of Nigeria criminal activities is that the whole system is corrupt. These criminals were arrested before and managed to go Scott free. What is the guarantee that history will not repeat itself on this occasion? Until the policing in Nigeria is overhauled and judiciary reformed, the whole population are subjected to one chance over and over again.

when I was in NGA I experience this kind of one chance, after selling shoe n bags that I bought in Abba market I will take my goods to Benin village market to sell n one day after salling at Udo market I took a texi to Benin city n there were two men at the back of the taxi they were asking me to go to the middle n even pushing me n the driver has started driving then I saw that they were heavy men n me I am tiny n before textile main road juction those two heavy men got out and say bye to the driver then the driver contuinue driving me to Uselu then when we got to Edaiken primary school junction were I need to stop I asked the driver to stop me which he did then I came down n seach my pucket to pay the driver there was no longer money n the market was very good that day they took everything then I told the driver that those guys has taken my money the driver said then I am going to seize your remaining shoe and bags in back of my car boot n that was how I lost all my small buiness at the age of 22 then I ran away from NGA

These guys are liars. I entered one chance 2 times, one at palgroove and the other at Oshodi, Lagos. The kind of slaps and beating I received from these boys, I had never dreamt of it b4. They were 12 in number in a J5 bus, and they beat 2 of us that are men and left the other 3 people who are ladies and one man. They have different kind of weapon and could beat you to a state of unconsciousness if you resist or argue with them. They are terrible people, they only show remorse when caught by the police. These boys are killers and evil minded people.

Yes, they are suspects, but they still have certain rights, including a fair trial. Looking to read responses from attorneys.

Clearly, you misunderstand my questions. The suspects were successfully apprehended; next they should be booked and turned over to the courts, with any evidence against them. The police cannot, and should not, take over from the judiciary. Once properly tried and sentenced as the laws permit, then the police can have their day. The laws should not change even if either my family members or yours were victims! All must be extended equal protection under the law.
