Sir I have applied for new passport, after attending passport office in April-2023 and police verification done on next to next day, thereafter nothing done. After making enquiry online I comes to know that my application is under review at RPO office .After attending RPO office in Jun-2023, they said that your police verification report is pending therefore we cant process your application. Then I contacted local police office, they said your report is pending at CID branch due to computer connectivity problem. They told me come within 4days with full of pocket and will clear your matter accordingly.

Hello! My wife has received her tatkal passport (reissue). The address mentioned in the passport is of her mother and father who stay alone (her permanent address). However she stays with me post marriage in my address. The police verification happened at her permanent address and when the police got to know that she stays in a different address post marriage, it looks like they have submitted an adverse report. Now there is an SCN status of which is 'Pending for dispatch by PO'. We have an international trip planned in next 5 days. Can we still travel? Hello Sir Mera Police verification not clear dikha raha h, last 1 month se , thane gaya to bole Marriage cirtificate ni thaa isliye RPO file bhej diya --- Ab sir marriage cirtificte ban gya h aur digilocker per update bhi ho gya h - but sir appointment mila h 2 april 2024 ka aur mujhe jaldi passport chahiye - kaise karein pls help !!

Police Verification Report for passport application is under review at the Regional Passport Office. Passport will be dispatched after Police Verification Report is found clear. The applicant would receive an sms/e-mail once the passport is dispatched Iam getting this status from last 2 weeks what to do, also enquiry appointment is available after 3 months I need passport immediately in this case what can be done

@@harsh2039 all KZbinrs are making video saying just visit RPO after taking appointments but no one is telling 3 months waiting time will be there for appointment and what can be done alternatively

@@TheBackpackerAddaIndia Bro visit the passport office where you had applied and you can ask them what can be done, no appointment would be required just show ur application number and say you have a query.
