But if your talking about texts calls or searches 1000% don’t even need the phone to retrieve that information all one needs is a warrant for both! Apparently losing their weed or having it ruined and needing to buy more was a bigger priority than pregnant woman having medical or legal problems. If the passenger had taken the weed out of the baggie and thrown small pieces out the window one at a time as they were going 100 MPH, I doubt much if any would have been found. If he had ground it up into tiny flakes in his hand, crack the window, and let it get sucked out the window going 100 MPH there would be nothing to find. It shows they don't care about her. Having her stick it up her coochi was easier and her getting a charge isn't their problem.

I can't imagine being in one of those cruisers during that chase.......it scared me to death and I was watching it on a dash cam! When I was in my 20's I thought briefly about going to the Police Academy, but honestly I couldn't drive that fast for "any reason". They so nonchalantly drive 120 mph just like I would at 60 mph. I've seen this one. I remember everyone bitching how he was yelling "hands up" after they already put their hands up, ignoring how the passenger put his hands up and then reached suddenly down into his lap again. If I was a cop that would have made my heart jump, he is lucky the guy didn't have his gun on him already. That and that they are trained to yell, meaning "I want your hands up". They don't bother to stop and make sure they are using the correct tense and syntax in that situation.

He's probably never known any different. I know this may not be the most popular opinion, but I felt for his girlfriend as she wept on the phone. He is deep in clearly - running from police - giving fake names and birthdates, re-setting his phone while he has it - getting his attorney lined up - preparing his family - telling her to "keep things going" (which can mean a lot of things...) and mentioning that he'll be going away for a while. This is the life he has always known, and outside of a massive miracle, will be the life he lives til he dies. It's sad on so many levels.

I agree. It's so sad to see, and looking in on their situation you think... why can't they get out of it... but, it's all they have known in most cases... even generational in lots of cases... sad... education is the key... maybe they would choose a different lifestyle...
