Fly-tipping isn't punished anywhere near severely enough, in the same way that uninsured driving isn't either. For both of these offences you should lose ALL your vehicles, and be banned from owning another one or driving for 5 years.

Bankers bonuses are not public money it’s money talented people have earnt by working very long hours. Also they are taxed at at least 40%.

The police force are now a private Ltd company working for profit & registered on companies house website. They don’t make money recovering stolen property, they need to fine people for petty offences so they get paid on Friday. Lancashire police, Hutton, Preston, 2018/19 total sales 33million, it actually says ‘sales’ on company’s house, what do they sell?

Your DNA is used in Biometrics security Therefore it is data and isn’t the data Protection act Supposed to cover this? I mean if your in charge of a Vehicle you’ve agreed to be tested for Influences by Obtaining a license and a judge can order a dna test but given that power to the police is a gateway to Absolute abuse of power, I think when bills like this are introduced they should be tested to how they can cause damage as well as the Benefits two sides to every coin they say.

Not even reporting it with photo evidence of the people doing it it's not just the police fault its the councils fault for the very poor lack of action just remind me why we pay tax again maybe if the police can't to their job tax paid to the law enforcement should be squashed or a tax reduced we have had 6 years of antisocial behaviour theathening behaviour from our neighbour we have proven hundreds of photos audio clips they even witnessed it for them selfs but almost 7 years into it and they still doing it
