Actual problem.. building association want to eradicate bachelor's so they increased maintainance 9k..but bachelor's didn't leave the building and so they cut water connection to particular apartment but it has affected everyone.. other people started complaining individual problems along with this..

How can the association decide that? It's up to to the house owner. It's also unfair to label all single people as trouble makers. There are a lot of crimes committed by so-called families too. This is sheer prejudice and must be stopped. Rules can be in place that if there is evidence of misbehavior or failure to pay the dues in a timely manner, the tenant (s) will be asked to vacate. However, asking the bachelors to pay extra maintenance is very unfair. It's good that people are putting their issues up on social media so others are aware. I do hope this has been resolved or will be resolved soon.

Only gossips about every neighbors kindly build a flats if you could handle maintenance . Favouritism is becoming bigger headache in this associations. Let Cm take strict action to file complaint against associations. Some association are teasing women too in the name of authority. And children safety is ignored by poor wiring too. Very grateful if Cm takes strict action against builders who never do any help after handover if building has issues within 1 year of handover. Associations just collect money and pay bills

This is a civil dispute. Police has nothing to do witn this. If you want to file a criminal complaint then police can examine the section under which crime is committed before accepting fir. As far it appears the way ahead is consumer awareness and transparent contracts. That can only come about with education .

I am living in BBCL NAVARATHINA appartmenr,, in Tripathy kodai road ayapakkam ambattur ,, the association members behave in unjustiable ways thinking that they are having powers even controlling the owners of flat in ugly manner, Many office beares are not going for any job and fully taking in charge of this service, They form a group and without any election they occupy the posts by understanding and infact as politicians,,,they pass resolutions themseleves and if ask anything by any owner they start attacking them. They are not even disclosing accounts in properways ,in nut shell , persons must think in buying Flats,,
