After weeks of watching your videos (plus some other channels) I finally pulled the trigger on the MPC X. Even with the negatives it's still the best choice for me to be creative with my vinyl collection. I do enjoy the 10 inch screen. Although the menu seems different from my old DAW, but it's not chaotic. Appreciate your work and keep the good stuff coming!

Yea bro...i got the MacBook Air M1 running MPC software plus MPC LIVE in controller mode. I rarely have any problems until the 2. 11.3 update. But I reupdated to see if the problems I was having is fixed and it apparently worked. In controller mode my software was triggering my samples randomly and it was really messing up my flow. It may have been the plugin trials because after the 10 day trial was up and I reupdated...it quit bugging out. I use my M1 for music software only ....ive got all kind of 3rd party vsts running on the software and it handles everything flawlessly so far👍

Hiya Poli, love what you do man, been following you a while, I like your really positive vibes.. ..I have a question.. is there a way of using MPC key61 as a sound module? So in standalone mode but sending midi data first into logic then back out on different midi channels to control different patches/key groups… like in the old days 👌 I suppose that would begin with turning local off? Im more interested in how it works with Ableton 11 and using that with stems and as a sound module with MPC live 2 as a standalone cause i dont really use the MPC software.

I’m still having constant crashing issues on M1 MacBook Pro, even with a blank project I load a single kick, hit the pad and it crashes, almost everything I do on controllermode can potentially lead to a crash, so it’s completely useless.. 😔

I have an original Mac studio, all the drivers downloaded but it keeps quitting unexpectedly...trying to figure out why? I installed Rosetta (have a Mac mini m1)...any ideas?

Hey Poli, I'm trying to install the MPC 2 software on M1 MacBook but it keeps asking for Rosetta. I was under the impression that it runs native now. Is that the case bro?

I don’t k is to much about Mac but I took my mini out of the box 8 gig And installed Mpc software no sweat It says I’m running Monterey version 12.4 I hope this helps

Poli, I dont remember if u had a mpc live2, but with any of ur other mpcs after this update, have u had a problem with ur ssd drive appearing? On my live2, after the update, I cant get it to show up. And I disconnected it and reconnected a few times.

I do but have not had this issue with the ssd I try to stay away from western digital ssd all the rest are 💯 are you able to save USB?

@@PoliPopo Yea I dont use western no more either. I have a Samsung 870 evo 1TB for my live2 and it was fine before this update. I can use a usb or a sd card, but I was wondering if I'm the only one having this problem. Still have heard back from akai yet. Thx Poli

@@bsharpmusic The only thing I can think of swap out the SSD drives and see if the x will read it Hopefully it didn’t zap your ssd on the live. If it picks up on the X I will put it back in the live and try to update again with the wire
