However, as an Ayurvedic doctor, I can say that, explicitly expressing emotions for a long time can do more harm than good. For example, Ayurveda mentions 4 emotions that affects digestion - Sadness, Overthinking, Fear, Anger and expressing these emotions explicitly can lead to digestion related issues. And according to Ayurveda, every disease is due to a bad Agni a.k.a gut health. So to take care of your health, one must have control over one’s emotions.

Podczas tłumaczenia głosek możesz powiedzieć w jaki sposób układa się język w buzi. Jak zachowują się usta , jak zachowuje się krtań. To ułatwi obcokrajowcom prawidłową wymowę.

LX Lckwd you can say "i don't speak Polish well, could you speak slowly? "- Słabo mówić po polsku, czy możesz mówić wolniej?

I went to Poland with my boyfriend last month. What’s wrong with the people there? They are so dull, they don’t smile or want to to talk they are not friendly at all. Don’t get me started on the horrible weather. Won’t be going back again.
