Hello good sir, i have a question When you add polishing compound to the media, does that "ruin" the batch so that its a one time use or can it be used multiple times? :)

I use the same batch of media multiple times. Before you drop your brass in, put a good squirt of polish in the media, then shut the lid and let the machine run for a little bit to mix the polish in a bit. Then, just tip the brass in and away you go.

Can you reuse the media after using car polish? If yes, do you have to add the polish on the next batch of brass you tumble in the same media?

Indeed you can. Any residual remaining will just dissipate over time as you tumble more brass. You might still be able to smell the polish for a while, but it all still tumbles fine. The media does wear out eventually, at which point it gets changed.
