So if I got a large enough container to submerge it, and hooked up a power source or car battery to it with a similar solution, it would actually be extremely clean in a matter of a minute or two by electrolysis? Because I actually have some heavily tarnished brass handles that need renewed

Yes it could work very well but u need something like alcohol swabs to clean it too. An alternative is silver tarnish wipes.

@@amanitaocreata4401 I plan to clean mine a second time with WEIMAN silver wipes. They contain soap and ethoxylated alcohol.
