I'd agree with Burke he says little and shows its aside from society, I'd call it a form of better paying permaculture. I think it's necessary and the most important thing is to mention agenda 21, so u know where your allowed to have free food and energy, this gives highest level of security and an assured direction of goals, it's also important to see how to keep the economy afloat, and base your philanthropy off of production/jobs, housing. So always have considerably more money coming in to fund projects and branch out sustain a % of non workers with part of the group tax.
