Sir I have a doubt.when relationship of production altered when socialism came into being,the forces of production did not change.

As per Marx, changes in mode of production brings social changes ; mode of production has 2 components- forces of production and relation of production; forces of production need not change for social change.

Alienation is the process when person became monotonous from their work and did not enjoy only do as to get some money . Ilabour production of work .. because person did not see their end result and produce only some part due to specialisation of work because work is divided between people and only some part a person can produce . Dehumanisation ... Person became machine no get any time for anything . Even before pre capitalist time a person price and all the production then other person get their profit but with the coming of capitalist a person only produce even not able to get what want from that and that part only and loose their own skill .

Sir if the superstructure legitimizes always the status quo then how does the system change

As per Marx, changes occur in the BASE- when in the existing mode of production, the forces of production come into conflict with existing relations of production. Then comes the period of social revolution which changes the economic foundation or the base of the society to re-balance the forces of production to relation of production. Once the ‘base’ changes, the entire superstructure- state, civil society, law, politics, culture -are rapidly changed.
