I like both forms. The 1 on 1 conversations are easy to play in the background, but this form is easy to sit and watch. Also Joe is just a real dood. Tells you how it is.

Joe really contradicted himself on the whole Lebron thing saying he how he still takes checks from nike despite what Bron says about china etc, but then Joe says he doesn't care what brands do, if he likes the product hes still going to buy it, and how he disassociates brands with products, just showed some real biasism on his part. Great pod episode tho, need yall 3 on more just chopping it up. W episode

@@dontbesourshow Thats a poor way of looking at it. Most people tune out after a few minutes if they see the dialogue headed a different direction. Timestamps can help people be engaged on the topics theyre interested in..most podcasts do it for a reason...dont take the lazy way out

100% a larger following requires a different level of responsibility for the info or ideas you put forth. This is literally the idea behind influencers lol. The larger the audience the larger the reach. The greater the reach the greater the effect. The follow up clarification or redaction never has the same reach and the original statement.

1. My dad is a watch football games all day person, and my mom just watches with him. Overall, my parents are watch the TV most of their free time types of people. 2. In 100 years, many people who know you will hopefully still be alive, particularly if you have kids. Even people under 10 who know you have a chance of still being alive and knowing you.

I realize I’m late on this episode - however, athlete’s aren’t just entertainers, they’re people also. Lebron actually does more for his community than a lot of other athletes. Imagine having a car KZbin channel and you want to talk about other things and people say, “Stay in your lane and talk about cars.” Nobody would say that, but people want athletes to keep quiet about injustice their community’s are facing? - I’m glad Maxx and David don’t agree with Joe but also Joe’s mindset needs to change.

Not sure if the journaling/gratitude conversation was specific to influencers flexing their morning routine but it came off a little jaded and out of touch. As someone who’s struggled mentally, daily journaling and writing down what I’m grateful for has helped tremendously. Usually a big fan but hate to hear someone bash it without even understanding the reasoning

Love the podcast, just have to comment on what Joe said. He said why would lebron James ever make a multimillion dollar deal with Nike but go against their views of how Nike/China treats its workers. Then joe goes on to say he doesn’t care about what political views starbucks or chick-fil-a has even if he disagrees with it, he just cares about the end product. It’s like he is doing the same thing that lebron James is doing. I didn’t get the logic there. Other than that, this podcast has been really great! I like podcasts in the don’t be sour studio or just relaxed like this episode in Colorado. All of it is great content. Will keep watching. And no hate towards joe or trying to single him out. Love having him on the podcast. Would like to see more of him!
