He said what needed to be said after that happened. What's unreal is the vitriol toward people who want to take the temperature down - which is exactly what he advocated for. It's very unhealthy what is happening in the political discourse of this country.

My Aunt just got through telling me She is Hispanic ( saying this for a reason ) She was doing her inspection and waiting when her and a little older lady that is black Started talking Lil lady tells my Aunt out of no where whispers “ Hey I’m a Republican “ My aunt chuckles and says Ok that’s great why are you whispering??? She tells my Aunt Cause I will get in trouble My Aunt says why would you get in trouble? What kind of people proudly wear things supporting their candidate? Trump supporters. So they are not afraid to say it. They say it loudly.

It is complicated... most Trump supporters (myself included) have to live in the closet out of fear of losing our job or being ostracized by society if it is found out we are guilty of wrongthink and anti-establishment ideas. I have to bite my tongue a lot when my coworkers are talking trash on my way of life and call my lived experience a "conspiracy theory" because silver spoon leftists don't have any problems in the suburbs so they think the hood is safe too.
