Great videos of the 2-day event, Shug! I gotta tell you that I was proud of you for clearly taking first place in the camaraderie category. It was obvious that everyone enjoyed having you there when you got a huge applause for coming in third. And it was extra special watching you help the girl out and her post flight interviews. I'm certain that her & her family will cherish the footage you captured for years to come.Cheers!

amazing hand work, would be neat to see a split screen or picture in picture of those, where one video was tri-podded and fixed on feet/hand work. and the other video (taken at the same time) was you videoing the airplane.. this way we could translate which body movements resulted in which airplane movements.. loved those speciality tools.

I wore my "hmmm...that's a purdy boil" T-shirt to Disney World last weekend. I was sure I would get some comments from strangers. I had none to me directly, but my wife said that at least two times people pointed and talked to each other as I was walking away from them. I hoped to meet other Shug fans and engage in hammock enjoyment conversation. Thanks my friend.

That Gee Bee Racer is really cool looking! My brother and I had a C/L Vought Corsair with a Cox .049 ( I think) as kids. Never kept up with it as we kept crashing it or it would get attacked by birds when we flew (really). I have gone back in time and started getting my grandson interested in the model rockets I once flew though. Yes the body styles in C/L flying were strangely interesting to watch. Kinda like watching the body language of my family bowling.

It is fun to watch the body actions. Yessir!

Well...I finished off my Magician 15, painted fuse and monokote wing, I mounted an old Cox .15 TeeDee on it. On a 60' kevlar line it goes like stink. It's a little nose heavy and does not like to pitch very fast, so I'm adding some weight to rear. Also I added a trim tab to the rudder to help it buck the wind better, I'll probably add some aileron tabs as well. So far no luck in finding any controlline clubs in CO yet.

My 11 y/o and 4 y/o are thoroughly disappointed that you were in Polk City and they didn't know. They wanted your autograph. We lived in Polk City and just recently moved to a neighboring town 10 minutes away. They badly wanted to meet you. A little too late I guess. Wooo Buddy anyhow! 😉

Looks fun I'm curious do the planes ever become detached from the binding and fly off or do they have some safety gizmo installed to disable them if they do?

Not really but we wear saftey thongs on the handles to prevent that.
