did this today, filter was 10 years old, absolutely filthy, filter is in white color but it was so dirty i couldn't tell what color it was because it was so black:) but getting the new filter in is such a struggle with so little space. just installed new cabin, air and oil filter + new oil all for exactly 50€. one official Opel garage/servis couple months ago replaced only air and oil filter + new oil on my dad's Opel and they charged him 180€. crazy people, he won't be returning there...

Great video, many thanks, but what a ridiculous design! I couldn't get the top of the filter cover off and ended up just bending it up and then the filter was a pig to get out and put the new one in. Surely Vauxhall/Opal could design it so it just popped down from underneath the passenger side, under the glove box? Thanks so much for showing me how it's done though.

Hab gemerkt, dass es kein großer Aufwand ist die Luftdüse im Beifahrerfußraum und die Abdeckung dazu auszubauen. So hatte ich noch mehr Pltaz für das Gefummle beim Filterwechsel.
