I helped him find en encyclopedia once. Another time, his wife and he came up to the info desk I was working at, and then he wandered over to the coffee shop section. Then this college age kid came rushing it up to the spot he’d vacated and gasped “WAS THAT JOHN CLEESE? OH MY GAWD I LOVE HIM!” And went on and on about how great Cleese was, right next to MRS. Cleese. I just kept agreeing with him, but she and I had our eyes locked, trying not to laugh. And I gave her a look that said “Does this happen a lot?” And she gave a little nod. It was pretty funny.
