What you didn't show us is what the Sync 20 sounds like as a speaker, which is what I need to know.

Is the underside white or the same light grey as the Poly Android bars? It looks far lighter but that might just be the light and angling?

Thank you for the video. How to update the firmware for this device? Mine never auto turn off when connected through USB. Keeps telling me that battery level low each time I plug it in. Very annoying.

I believe you can use the Poly Lens app when your speaker is connected to your laptop/PC. The software update should show up in Lens.

Does the Poly Sync 20 work as well with Zoom? Does the Teams button work the same for Zoom?

Like with other manufacturers in this space, these devices have a Teams certified variant, and a UC variant, with a more generic button, sometimes programmable to do what you want with it.
