Make the clothes stunning and a good set, make the concept and art direction interesting. Let the model have personality and charisma. Let them interact with the crowd. Yes - what made the VS models iconic was not their bodies alone. It was the branding; the hair, the posture/walk, the makeup, the theme, the femininity, the joyful vibe. You could instantly tell a VS model from any other underwear model - they had a very specific look and style. The new models are beautiful, but they lost the brand value that people loved about it. Now it seems like every other brand out there.

It DOES have to do with politics. Look up why they stopped the show - it was a lot of woke bash lash. Brands now try to be as inclusive as possible by being bland and unassuming as possible. Why they didn't just hire someone like Ashley Graham and make glamorous clothes for big women is beyond me. 31:24 they stole the idea of this bodysuit from “The Mummy”. In that movie it’s body paint but the pattern is almost identical. It’s disappointing because the creativity is the main reason I watch.
