Polycarbonate quick cutout - take 2

I know it's the same as before, just bumped up the feedrate to 5m/min compared to the previous one, still worked perfectly fine:
Single Flute Upcut 6mm DLC Tool, 5m/min, 5mm DOC, 6mm WOC, 24k RPM.

please do you have somewhere the specifications of the cnc you are using or the 3d model ? I am interested in what you have guides, ball screws, profiles, spindle and especially motors and controller

Hi, its a custom design and build, loosely based on printNC CNC (mainly the steel gantry). Machined all aluminum parts myself on an older CNC Router (Upgraded WorkBee). Nothing special about it. 1610 ballscrews on XY, 1605 on Z, HGR20 linear rails from China, 180W servo on Z, 400W AC servos on XY, all from JMC China. Spinlde from China, 2,2kW HQD, aircooled but modified with high flow fan to be independent from spindle speed. Controller is from CNCDrive, UC300ETH + dual port breakout board.

Lexan is NOT Plexiglass (Acrylic), it is polycarbonate. Completely different stuff.
