My New Born Baby have polycystic multiple cysts in both kidneys Kidneys RK-5.3x1.9cm, LK= 4.0x2.0cm Right kidney is highly echogenic with loss of CMD and shows innumerable cysts with in the parenchyma, largest=7x5mm in upper pole . 992 Left kidney shows in numerable cysts replacing the parenchyma, largest=17x10mm in mid portion. Renal pelvis is mildly dilated No evidence of mass, calculus or hydronephrosis. Urinary bladder Is empty. Impression: • Right echogenic kidney with innumerable cysts. • Left renal pelvic mild dilatation + innumerable cysts with replacing renal parenchyma.
