Love my tracker. Two things you should/could add. A "cut" function in the sample editor for taking out dead space etc when you don't want to crop the sample, just delete a small section. A play to end of sample option in the beat slice mode - sample starts at the beginning of a slice and just plays to the end of the sample instead of cutting off at the beginning of the next slice.

Love all the updates! Quick request: What about adding a keyboard mode that dimly illuminates all notes in your selected mode/scale. For example, you’re in C aeolian, the rows of twelve pads illuminate the following pads in each row: 1,3,4,6,8,9,11 for notes C,D,Eb,F,G,Ab,Bb The non-scale pads can either ignore input or not, to prevent accidental triggers. It would help us jam in a key knowing we can play any illuminated keys.

Great update! Personally, this finally brings the tracker to where it should be. Things are startp to interlock better and it's an overall much more refined user experience. Please keep ironing out the wrinkles and tweaking the workflow!

Thanks for the update and the hotfix! Enjoy using the tracker more every day I spend with it. Don't know whether this sounds like something that makes sense to you, but an option I would love to see would be to be able to set a pattern up so that the MIDI clock drives the pattern forward a number of steps set by the pattern divider, so the number of steps set by the pattern divider can act as a clock divider for incoming MIDI clock (and define the outgoing clock relative to steps in the pattern). So for example, at the moment, I can set the pattern divider at six steps (or whateverelse), but incoming MIDI clock still drives the pattern at four steps per pulse. It would be great to have a setting that let you change that. Came into my head because I was using a lot of micro-move to run triplet arpeggios - something like this would add a lot of flexibility for that kind of scenario!

Personally I'd love to see some of the pattern modes from the Play avaiable on the Tracker, reaally appreciate the updates to the unit ( bought SE version a ferw months ago ) .. I know you may be focussed on the mini atm, and if there isnt enough horsepower in the Original to support .. I'm sure many would be very open to a CPU /board upgrade deal

I had to downgrade back to 1.6 bc 1.7 frequently crashes hard. On the first day I got it I had to power cycle it 4 times. After downgrading to 1.6 it's been solid.

Hi, I also had a problem with 1.7 Firmware with random crashing on play back, which I had to pull out the powercord. I sent an email into Polyend support, they are now aware of the problem and they provided me with a Beta 1.7.1b This is working nice, no crashes. I contacted Polyend Support this morning to send a brief message that the Beata is stable, they remarked they should be uploading a newer version on their Homepage DLs very soon. I hope this helps, because 1.7 is really quite nice. Blessings.
