Amazing frame aand geometry, polygon is really nailing it in hardtails as well as budget full suspension, but the only drawback of D5 is front suspension is Suntour Xcm which is lower end coil fork. I would have preferred Suntour XCR Air.

What is the difference in 9x2 vs 7x3 or 8x3 gear, which is better, we also see, 9x1, 11x1 can u please explain this concept?

Let me explain. 9x2 means there are 2 chain rings in the front and 9 in the back. That's 18 gears totally. 7x3 is 3 in the front and 7 in the back. 8x3 is 3 in the front and 8 in the back. There is no "better" option here. Most expensive mountain bikes use 11x1 or 12x1. This means these mountain bikes have only 1 chainring in the front but more at the back. If you have more chainrings at the back then you will have more torque to climb steep hills. In this video the bikes has 9x2 drivetrain. Since this bike is a "Downhill" bike you wouldn't be using it to climb steep slopes hence it has only 9 gears at the back. Also, coming back to which is better it depends on the derailleur (the machine which shifts the gears at the back).

i have ridden this bike once and is good for normal trail but if you start to go superfast and hit big jumps it would lack a bit. stopping power is also good if the rotars were a bit more bigger and nice shocks it would be a bannger. if buying a full suss save up a bit more money and buy a daimond back or trek entry level full suss.
