I haven't given a single thought to putting lyrics up, but it could be fun. I'd be worried it wouldn't mesh well with the mystical sort of vibe going on, but done right I guess anything meshes with anything. Something to think about, anyway.

@@rickcameron6622 I moght be adding my opinion a bit too late on this, but ou could keep the aspect ratio the same, and have the lyrics popping up from various positions. Left, right, up, down, moving with the video. A little bit of care needs to be had so they are legible, but it would at least be fun to test a small sample.

Oh wow, thanks! This is done with a whole suite of different programs, but the composition is mostly edited together using Hitfilm Express, with a lot of layers+effects applied to the original footage.

First step was grabbing a free 3d asset pack for most of the geometries, and a lot of other raw video/image assets ie album art, river cruising footage, the fractal footage etc. After that, hours and hours in Hitfilm Express 12, cutting stuff, transitioning stuff, layering stuff, colouring stuff, syncing stuff, editing stuff...
