I just stumbled across your tutorials. Very helpful. Thank you! I had a question. I notice you never use depth guided. Is that because you roll the slab super thin so you can put a back on them? I’ve seen you glue textured pieces to the front to make a solid back. I notice the backs of my earrings are rough!! But I use depth guides.

Thank you. I'm glad you like my videos. I often use pasta machine to roll the polymer clay to desired thickness. When I use rolling pen I try to keep consistent and don't need to use the depth guide. I make textured back for a nicer finish and to avoid too much sanding.
