poly, slow times are coming.just be aware as you noticed,before cutting cords.look at what your cutting.it could be a very good brand of speakers and the the pot ( Dutch oven) orange one that you scraped doesn't have to be perfect when your selling it.imagine buying it retail,some people anywhere in the world including Australia wouldn't mind having afew scratches on the pot as long as the price was right.poly everything you sell doesn't have to be perfect.even the toy's you pass up all the time have value.theres many adults collector's of toy's not just kid's.stuffed animal's are a big plus.think of other ways of selling besides scrapping.the trash piles I see in your videos are a pickers dream.theres so much I see in Australia that any other countries would dream of.its a pickers heaven.lots of collectables for resell including used furniture.poly you need a bigger storage space,so you have a place for the resell stuff.also you need sideboards for your truck.istead of buying them new,look for used one's.there could be a pair in your area for 80 percent off instead of paying retail.poly give out business cards to stay ahead of the competition because there's new people scrapping in your area because of your KZbin channel.

I’ve been planning to get another storage unit very soon. The weather will improve for me soon and I’d like to take advantage and load it up with more resale 🤙🤙

Another good day out in the sun, racing the hard waste truck, and finding things. The white plastic chair is Ikea, makes a great "time out" spot for littles. Bessemer was buying pots back, to recycle the metal direct, check that.

Yes I’m amazed at what American scrapyards accept.
@MC-3422 жыл бұрын
I think it depends on the state because its different in our area than what I see in other states. Here in Florida they can't take certain batteries. You have to pay them for disposal.They are considered hazardous waste. I see other scrappers take car batteries in. You definitely can't do that here. They'll charge $10.00 per battery.
@marcusmany31552 жыл бұрын
Mc- in Northern California they pay 15 bucks for every car battery,for commercial it's 30 buck's per battery

After processing AC units for months and collecting compressors and aluminum/copper radiators I just learned the scrap yards in TN cannot take any of it. Apparently the market creates theft and people are stealing them right off houses and businesses. Is it the same in your state? What state are you in?

Great day scrapping and it so nice when the people are so friendly and nice. Have a great weekend. Question do you think you can make enough money per month to pay bills and live in scrapping there? I know here on a good week I can make 5 to 7 hundred .
@PolyProphet2 жыл бұрын
Yes I think it’s possible though it would be hard on the body after a while. Winter would also be difficult. I’d say resale would be the focus while the weather is good to stay ahead for winter. Having a KZbin channel doesn’t hurt 😉
@wayneday39162 жыл бұрын
@@PolyProphet yeah winters are brutal here in Michigan the snow makes it hard to see the trash it takes a lot of digging and hunting thru the snow sometimes it's buried under 18 inches or more of snow and temps -20 f with Wind chill as low as -50 f. But in winter I mostly hit dumpsters. I'm 62 yrs old so I'm use to the cold.
