It looked ok but the walnut sauce looked burnt to me and chicken needed to cook more time in low heat to release more juices maybe that’s the way you like your chicken which is fine but I like chicken to be cooked in their juice in low heat specially the red meat which is tougher to cook

Kshar thanks for the recipe. One suggestion ask cameraman not to move with camera. Shoot , stop , move , shoot stop zoom shoot.... just basic stuff will enhance your video and your viewers will enjoy more. Here in India Parsi or Irani food as we call it, has been a favorite for past 40+ years. Good luck. Eagerly waiting for your next video.

I love your videos, but at 14:58, how can that chicken be fully cooked?
@KSharTV9 жыл бұрын
tinamarquette1 it is 15 min on recorded video, it takes longer off camera.

Looks delicious. If you are going to do a how to cooking video I think you need to explain all the ingredients to the viewer. You put some white sauce (yogurt?) and sprinkled something (cheese?) on chicken at the end. It was dissapointing that you did not describe what you added in those final steps.

Is there a substitute for walnuts? I'm cursed with a nut allergy.
