A Pomodoro timer is a simple tool that offers you a way to time yourself and take small breaks. A Pomodoro is typically 25 minutes of work followed by 5 minutes of rest. Using a 1 Hour (25 / 5) this timer will help you get organized and stay focused.
How it works:
Start the timer and work for 25 minutes without stopping.
After a 25-minute work session comes a 5-minute break.
During the break, you can get up, move around, or whatever else you want to do.
Come back to your work after the break is over.
When you come back from a break, start another 25-minute work period.
