They all voted for the 2-state solution with the June 1967 border. They continued to reiterate their offer up to 2008. In 1988 Algiers, then Chairman of the Palestine Liberation Organization (P.L.O) declared a state founded on the Partition Resolution, which called for 2 states, where is the Palestinian State? The settlers have been systemtically sabotaging the truce and instigating the peace offensive as they don’t want peace. Israel can’t afford for the Palestinians to look reasonable or have a moderate image as this is the biggest problem. This narrative would rob them of their pretexts, alibis, excuses for not negotiating. They must keep instigating violence in order to show the international community that these people can’t be negotiated with.

She’s quite eloquent and her experience was made clear. It’s sad that they were treated this way. We wed to get out there and cover that college with millions of people. So many people that the cops won’t be enough. We need to have these young heroes backs.
