Pompano Fishing Catch, Clean, Cook! West Palm Beach Florida

In this video we go Surf Fishing for Pompano and we catch our limit of nice size ones! Every year these fish migrate and hundreds of people chase them down the Florida beaches. I then show you how to clean a pompano, and then followed by a delicious recipe of parmesan crusted baked pompano, roasted potatoes, and sautéed spinach and mushrooms.

A little tip if you don't mind. I carry a 1 gallon pump sprayer (5 dollar Walmart cheapo) in my cart. Great for spraying off fish or gear or your feet

Hey Brook, we duplicated your recipe here for lunch today substituting tilapia for pompano. They say that imitation is the purest form of flattery. Everything was truly a joy to consume. That plate looked amazing. The fish look good especially like the mushrooms and spinach. But all in all great video... I just had pompano last week for the very first time and it was pretty good. I bought it at a Filipino market and they grilled it for me. It was pretty good... Keep up the good fishing.. Watching your video all the way from Northern California the Bay Area!

Gosh why do you make the fish look so good? When I worked out, I used to eat like 2 meals of fish per week since it just Didn't taste good as a meal. They were salmon from the store in the packets. But yeah, I'm Happy to see you making meals and from Caught Fish! You're the reason I hope to start eating Fish again...will try your recipes in the Future for Sure...they just Look so Good!!
