I am not military but it seems to me that Mr. Pompeo is right about Hez's capabilities not being significantly damaged by the strikes. The strikes, while seemingly spectacular, have not been super productive or impactful on the future of the war. I think it's important to understand that Hez is Iran's agent, no more, and that it's all in the hands of Iran. If Iran decide s to rearm and replenish them , which it's likely to do, the cycle will go on as if there had been no strikes.
