@@pomsandiesel rebuilding a cp4 and I can't get it to fire , I have installed a new o ring kit and a new washer for the delivery valve but I don't know the torque for it I used the torque wrench to try to find the torque when I loosened the cap for the delivery valve and torqued it back down with the same torque but it's pumping out of the return but not firing out where the lines connect
