I know exactly how you "draw" the initial plans for water feature, I did the same thing. When my stepdaughter and the grandkids were here, I was "flailing" out where the pond was going. It's literally stirring the air. Yup its gonna be BIG. Thank you for the MANY ideas.

The second pondless watetfall garden really does look like it was there before the house. It looks so natural. Brian maybe right about those big boulders making it look more natural and because it meanders through the whole back yard. I'm so jealous.

My 3 impatiens have been flourishing in my waterfall for about a month now. They've grown quickly and bloomed beautifully (like yours). Suddenly they've stopped blooming! We are dumbfounded. The only thing different is hubby added a UV filter about a week ago. Surely that wouldn't have stopped the blooming, would it? I have not fertilized because it has fish in the pond, and I didn't think it necessary anyway. Please advise.

How do your customers keep deer from eating impatiens, hosta's and plants in general, I was just wondering. I live in upstate NewYork on the border of Woodstock and deer have eaten plants even those listed as deer proof.
