That's our pond! I live in that community! Great work and now it looks soooooo much better with the deeper pits by the drainage instead of the muck and swamp it wa.

Chris is so easy on the 220 at 13:35 you can hear the gentle pitter patter of the tracks as he moves that topsoil. He also leaves the more complicated decisions like where to blow the leaves to other people and he "just digs the dirt". Wish I had the material he cleaned up out of that road in my driveway...

I want you to know how much I enjoy watching you do your thing. I always enjoy watching someone do something well, and you do your work well. I mean that. Whether it's a welder, carpenter, baker, athlete... whoever, when someone does what they do WELL, it's fun to watch. Thanks, and Woof to Winston.

Very nice work. Played with it like a master. I've an uncle that teaches jail inmates and also juvenile detention centers (and others) how to work these big machines from excavators/graders to bobcats, so they can find work afterwards down here in Aus. I had the chance to start working with big machinery when I was prompted about 40 years ago, but loved my job working in a pub at a fraction of the pay rate of the gold mine. So many choices in life sometimes. I still love watching someone work with them regardless of my career choices. I've had other choices since, one to work with horses, shoeing and making saddles, instead I stayed with electrical. Life is too short to learn everything we want to learn. Too late now, illness struck me down, but still love to watch. Keep up the great work you do and show the world what you do.

You did such a great job throughout this entire project!!!!!!! It sucks to see that after all of that hard work you did, those landscapers dumped the leaves into it! I loved the drone shots at the end!!!!!!!

I have only just discovered Chris, so have spent the past few days endlessly watching these videos, his expertise is mesmerising. What an artist! I have a question though if anyone can answer it. Whenever a pond is done, straw is scattered on the banks and surrounding area. I know that straw "cleans" the water, but what is the purpose of it being spread on the banks? If anyone could spare a moment to let me know, I would be most grateful. I'm from "over the pond" so it's not something we really see here. Thanks!
