Hi , I'm not being rude but the plant you referred to is called mind-your- own-business it's a species of Soleirolia a ground covering plant that is soft and springy to the touch. However it does spread fast over everything that crosses it's path but it's quite easy to keep under control as it pulls out easily and if you put the pieces you pull out somewhere else it will soon spread again. It is rather invasive though if you don't control it. Hope that answers your question and thanks for watching.
