Good video . They call you in the scanner as you were in and out in a day or so . Used to go to Belgium regularly , just for a couple of days . Always got stopped . Happy Birthday to the Mrs .

Breeze, dumb question. When the Euro Tunnel was built for trains. Why didn't the UK & France just make it highway instead of rail? Seems ot would have been a lot easier for travelers and definitely more enjoyable.

Where the French are concerned, its always been the case. Me and hubby, whilst holidaying in France, was told to pull over by the French police after coming through a paege. Asked for some paperwork, assumed it was the logbook, couldn't find it with the other stuff (even though I had definitely packed it) and gave her a "document", which had nothing to do with the car. The police woman took it, looked it over, gave it back and waved us through😂😂😂

The rule for driving is If you're returning for a 24-hour break, you can go over by 1 hr if your returning for a 45hr break you can go over by 2 hrs but you must have a 30 min break before this and you can't go over your 2 weeks driving ie 90 hrs and it's only for emergency ie family emergency can't use it like once a month . After many years. I still get confused with the many variations on driving hours. Especially when you put in the Ferry break. I still cannot get a clear answer as to if you can use the Ferry mode on the Train. Why they make it so confusing ( to me anyway ) I do not know....
