On a Road Trip from Delhi to South India, we explored Pondicherry extensively. we walked through its streets to know it inside out. White town or French Quarters, Heritage town or Tamil quarters, both have their own unique charm. Spectacular churches, lovely cafes, amazing architecture, beach side promenade, Aurobindo ashram, quirky shopping, these all add to Pondi's unique charm.

If you are a solo traveller, Pondicherry being a tier C city, your daily expenses should be between 1500-1700 for comfortable stay. If you are a couple, it should be around 2500. It's a relatively small city.

G! Just got the notification on phone. Hum e to Pondy itna achha lga ki we are trying to settle there. Actually, there are many activities to do. So, no boredome. You mentioned Ashram has 80 departments. We can join any department for service. Time will fly by. Bdw, There is 1 Surguru spot just beside the Ganesh Temple too!
