Checked into Amazonas Dream Hostel for several days upon arrival to Iquitos, what locals said Capital of Amazonia Peruana, to get to know the environment and feel the vibe. Accommodation is nice, run by an American Peruvian pair, good guys who are very thorough and dedicated to their cause, always help to figure out how to spend time in Iquitos in the most beneficial way. I highly recommend it if you find yourself in Iquitos.
