First 15 minutes about nandhini and adhithya karikalan is not needed according to me. instead that 15 minutes could had spent with explaining how senthan amuthan is real heir. movie could had been better. also the way the climax ceremony sworn is could had been better as in the novel. I was disappointed with ps 2 as it was very rushed and they missed important points such as Arunmozhi love on pongualzi and also the truth about Sendan Amudhan Birth and he is also the heir for cholan Also, Kundavi and Vandiyathevan marriage or engagement was missing. The worst was Karikalan sucide was unjustified.The entire cast did a great job, especially Vikram, and Aishwarya climax was great.

Read the book, the names of those Brahmins have been applied to non Brahmins only. Jayamohan made no decisions, mani ratnam is hated by all Brahmins, he's of Dravidian ideology, and he wrote this. And in the book there are very strong hints he committed suicide

But we can't be sure who killed him exactly on the basis of temple inscription which happened 1000 years ago right 😅common people's murder cases of recent times are being unsolved and tampering evidences so it's not a big surprise for us to think over whatsoever royal secrets would had been covered up in those days from revealing to people of chola dynasty.
