is there a way to add quick filets and screws.... like can we just draw it? i saw in a 3Dcoat video where he just picks a circle tool and punches it on mesh & BOOM 75 screws in no time .. _i think 3D coat is voxel based so its easy there...._

great to see this thanks for sharing! Paricularly for me as a refresher on techniques after being distracted away from Blender a while on graphics and web design work, and getting back into it Blender again. I find myself using the "harden normals" option in the bevel modifier instead of the weighted normal modifier - wonder if you have noticed if there is some difference you might highlight between either approach?

I think if this is a beginner video, you might use the icon tools not only the Ctrl+B for those that are completely new is some confusing

15:05 I’m only speculating but could the issue that came up be from after you had the bevels on the cutter meet? At the top and bottom there were two vertices then occupying the same spaces leaving a slight visible bump of a line between them and on the main object after it was cut. I merged those points by distance and found the mirror mod worked after. Might not be the main reason though.

Hello, is Hardops/boscutter good to go with Blender 3.3? I went to gumroad and Blender market but, it shows 2.8?

hardops and bc are the most frequently updated addons, thye will even run on any version of your mum. Also, stick to 3.2, as 3.3 is bug ridden.

xd no mas, no tengo tarjeta para comprar por suerte los tutoriales que vi no usan addons a lo puro y como dice el maestro blend-es trucos de carpintero no mas, por suerte hay crackeado de esto, donde labure usaban maya casi a lo puro, con blende no encontre dos cosas una para formato tipo ascii q maya lo exporta y el otro para q no estoy bien seguro es para generar ambiente oclusión maya lo genera bien blender no ubico....
