Pontiac G5 Fuel Line Replacement

In this video I replace the fuel lines on a 2007 Pontiac G5. The replacement kit uses many smaller pieces instead of one long piece in order to aid in assembly.

I’ve done tons of the fuel lines on these vehicles. HHR, G5 , Cobalt etc. They always rust in the heat shielded sleeve.

Are the fuel lines and pump the same as my 2009 Chevy Cobalt 2.2L? Im basically wondering if this would be the same job on my car as on yours?

I have a 2007 Pontiac G5. Do you have any idea why whenever I get gas my car never turns on afterwards? I almost always have to tap the gas petal a few times while turning the key in order to get it to stay on. (It's been doing this since I got the car in 2013, so it's not a huge issue. Just curious because no one else seems to know.)

I used to have to do that, for me it was the fuel pump seal, the shop didn’t put it in right therefore causing gas and pressure to leak out of it
