You can make lights go into stealth mode by holding both dimmer switches at the same time for five seconds to make all lights go off in the inside only speedometer will be lit up

anonymous That’s great! Glad you are enjoying it. Realistically for me I can see myself getting a 1996-2007 Ford Taurus as a first car. With the front split bench seat and column shifter. The G8 cars look nice though. But you work your way up to It. Too bad pontiac had to die.

hey there great car i own a 2008 GT. one thing you need to know you said that 20091/2 GT had less HP, its actually GM dropped the HP from 361 (2008) models and all 2009 models dropped HP to 355 due to emission changes. Remember GM made 3 models of G8's the base model which had a V-6 the GT which had the 6.0L V-8 and the GXP which was top of line with 6.2L V-8 LS2. ths car produced 415HP. the base G8 did not come with the LCD screen for raido and HVAC conctrols. i would tell your viewers that these cars are a Australian Holden built car. Holden is a subdivision of GM. The current Chevy SS is the current car made which replaces the G8 since Pontiac closed down in 2009.

but the 2008 g8 GXP is the same as 2009 GXP except for the horsepower difference?

The 2009 G8 Base does have the LCD screen it also has a six CD changer and the HVAC controls.

Nice walk thru. There's a extra set of cup holders in the lower part of the back seat. It slides out after you give it an push.

Fuck me made some awesome cars here in Australia! I got the exact same car, but in green and its a commodore SS-V. Its amazing that Holden took the time and effort to swap all the indicator, windscreen wiper, hand brake and cruise control over to the correct side unlike every other manufacturer.

I keep the overspeed at 95mph on my GTO simply because you dont realize you're going that fast. I also have a hhr as a dd and the engine is wheezing at that speed.

I've seen this video before it's a good video on fe2 to which you had on written on the which he had written on their is the sport suspension as I'm familiar with these Australian built cars stn if you had that written on there with mean standard suspension which is just a little bit higher and I believe now we have a fe3 which is an upgrade from the fe2 suspension

Im on the fence about getting a GTO or a G8. The back seats in the GTO are actually roomy. I love a manual car, the Gto is a manual. I just keep checking out the G8, its a damn good looking car. Any advice would be great. I also have a 5 and 7 year old.

so the demise of Pontiac can be best summed up by saying that the Aztec was the sign of the end of Pontiac. The GTO's and Gx were the death bell ringing. While I like and want one, the GTO and Gx's werent even american cars, even Austrailia couldnt save Pontiac from themselves.
