Pontiac G8 turbo headlight/Mighty Mouse catch can installed!

Getting closer!! Finally finished my headlight and it came out amazing.

It's a little more work to install but functionality is greatly improved. An AOS or air oil separator uses baffles and centrifuge to spin the oil out of the air. It uses coolant to heat the can so the oil doesn't turn into what looks like white lithium grease. After the baffles the oil drains back into the oil pan. No draining and no mess. The pcv pulls the separated air back in without taking oil with it.

Looking great! I have the same catch can and I always get compliments on it. It works perfectly with a -10 line on my blower setup and 13 psi. Will you be adding bungs in the intake pipe for meth nozzles? Will that become an option? Keep up the good work!

Rhett Castillo Thank you sir, appreciate that! To answer your questions it has one nozzle in the intake can’t see it in the video because I haven’t re-installed the line yet. But meth is an option if you want the kit.

I know that this is going back in time however, I am very seriously looking at this kit and have only have one reservation. I am on the Western Canadian prairies and it does get very dusty here in the summer. Based on your headlight mod, approx how much room remains for a cone filter? thanks!
